Polar Bears deliver fundraising total

The Ajax Polar Bears visited the Ajax and Pickering hospital's Cardiac Diagnostics Dept. on Jan. 20 to deliver the funds from their 2012 swim in Lake Ontario.

Thank you to our pals of the Ajax Polar Bear Swim for choosing the Heart of it All campaign as your charity.

The three organizers even added that they would like to support the Heart of it All campaign again with next year's event and they have plans to make it bigger and better than ever before in 2013.
